Team ADVAY is a non-profit organization which depends on donations of products and funds in order to make this project successful. We have to raise half a million dollars in cash to pay for all of the expenses associated with solar car racing. Through outreach events and the nationally recognized World Solar Challenge, the team does everything that they can in order to get their sponsors names out to the public. With a substantial donation, Team ADVAY can even come to a company event so that your company can show its support of renewable energy, which inevitably comes with support of a solar car project. Since the team's inception last year, we have built one and have had success with International 3rd Rank. With the knowledge and experience gained over the period and through continued optimization of our current vehicle, ADVAY, We anticipate our second car to become our most successful yet. In order to realize our vision, we rely on the help and generosity of corporate partners and sponsors, who understand and appreciate our aspirations to directly implement the theoretical principles learned in the traditional classroom setting.
